Human Back-Up?

Carolyn Elefant, the author of Solo by Choice, provides some great reasons why solo practitioners should find colleagues that can back them up in the unfortunate event that an emergency makes them unavailable to their clients.  One of her suggestions is to establish connections with colleagues before the need for help arises.
